Although the agent over the phone lead me to believe that I would be in and out within a few minutes, the service technician did his best to get me out in a reasonable time despite the back log of repairs that needed to be done. The customer service was stellar.

Brought truck in for 15000 mile service. Rotated tires which had been rotated 2000 miles prior with oil change.. New advisor was not aware of service plan and tried charging me. Addtional called to ask ? Re service plan never got call back

The service person was real help full with my inspection when the system online reservation was not accurate. First I scheduled for 5/27. Then I received a message to reschedule because of holiday. I called customer care and they rescheduled for 5/25. Received an email. Two days later I received an email for a recall 5/23 which I did not request, The gentleman was so helpful in getting my inspection the day that was rescheduled. He was very efficient with the other customers and cheerful. JC Velasquez

The service was great, thanks. Your lounge area for waiters could use some improvement. I brought my laptop and could not use it because there was one table occupied. Maybe add one or 2 more high tables? They don’t take much space. Thanks!
